On this sunny Saturday I quite enjoyed an afternoon tea party at the very glitzy St Regis Resort on the coast in beautiful Dana Point, CA.
The fancy setting did not deter me from stacking my plate and gorging on a delectable assortment of finger sandwiches, various nibbles, and tasty deserts.
And hats off to fabulous hats worn by a few of the ladies.
And until the middle of November there is every opportunity to stumble upon an elephant...or a whole herd like these in the lobby of the St Regis.
Dana Point is the location of the first Elephants on Parade in the USA.
These half scale elephants were really spectacular.
